2. Website and Form Use
You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a form. A form submission does not by itself create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or guarantee a government approval or processing timeline.
3. Services and Government Action
JIDS assists with passport, visa, Global Entry, Real ID, and related document services. JIDS does not assume liability for consulates, embassies, or government agencies. Visas do not guarantee entry into another country. Entrance is always at the discretion of an immigration officer at the port of arrival. Processing times depend on government offices and your specific situation. We never guarantee an approval or a timeline.
4. Fees and Refunds
Government, consular, and passport-agency fees paid on your behalf are your responsibility, are subject to change, and are generally non-refundable. JIDS service fees are determined based on travel timing and case needs. JIDS is not liable for denial, loss, delay of documentation, cancellation, or missed travel arrangements. Electronic visas paid on your behalf are also non-refundable.
5. Changes to These Terms
JIDS may modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
